Volkswagen Automatic Transmission is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group. It divides into two entities, separately in Dalian in 2007 and in Tianjin in 2012 afterwards. Both entities were established to supply excellent transmissions to support the success and growth of the Volkswagen Car manufacturers in China.
